History of Wilkes
Wilkes Meat Market was established as Landers and Wilkes in Tucker, Georgia in the early 1960′s. In 1974 it became know as Wilkes Supermarket of Tucker when owner Kretzer Wilkes retired from A & P Tea Company with 30 plus years experience in the meat industry.
Since that time, there have been a number of locations in DeKalb and Gwinnett Counties.
